Ordering

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 2 hours, please contact us or check your spam filter.

Additionally, you will receive a new email on the same day the goods are dispatched.


Payment

We offer several payment methods:

  • MobilePay

  • Visa

  • Bank transfer (Please note that bank transfers are not covered by the chargeback scheme)

For payments made by card, the amount will be charged only when we ship the goods.

We do not charge card fees.


Security of Card Information

During checkout, you will be informed of the items ordered and the total price. When proceeding to payment, you will be transferred to a secure (encrypted) connection where you will be asked to enter:

  • Credit card number

  • Expiry date

  • Security code (CVV)

XO Handcraft only handles the sale and dispatch of goods and never sees or stores your credit card details. Your card information is processed securely (encrypted) via a payment gateway.


Prices

All prices shown on the website are in DKK and include VAT and other taxes. Prices are current and may change. The applicable price is the one valid at the time of order.


Delivery

Delivery time is normally 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

We deliver only to Danish addresses, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Delivery is primarily via GLS or PostNord.

If you wish delivery outside Denmark, please contact us at info@xohandcraft.com.

Orders are dispatched in the order received – during busy periods such as sales or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

If you order multiple items and some have longer delivery times, all items will be shipped together once everything is in stock. If the longer delivery time applies, you will be informed accordingly.

Please refer to our webshop checkout for the current shipping prices within Denmark. For international deliveries, please contact us.


Uncollected Parcels

If you fail to collect your parcel within the parcel shop’s deadline, it will automatically be returned to XO Handcraft. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an administration and handling fee of DKK 125,- covering return shipping, packaging, and handling costs.


Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. Please email us at info@xohandcraft.com.

You must return the goods to us along with a copy of your invoice no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to accept delivery or failing to collect the parcel.


Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt. You can then place a new order on the webshop.


Refunds

We will refund the purchase amount for returned goods as soon as we have received them at our warehouse. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days.


Return Conditions

When returning items due to withdrawal or exchange:

  • You are only liable for any reduction in value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the goods.

  • To receive a full refund, you may examine the product as in a physical store but must not put it into actual use.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • You bear the return shipping costs.

  • You are responsible for the goods until we have received them.

Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a full refund.

Any reduction in value will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of withdrawal or exchange, delivery costs will not be refunded.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund your reasonable return shipping costs. Returns must be agreed in advance. We do not accept parcels sent COD.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

If a refund requires a bank transfer, please provide your bank details (registration and account number).


Data Protection

To complete your order, we need the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

We do not sell or pass on your information to third parties, except for delivery partners (GLS, PostNord).

Your data is stored securely for up to 5 years, after which it is deleted.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and, if provided, your name are registered. You can unsubscribe at any time.


Complaints

You have a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish law. This means you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

Damage due to misuse or improper handling is not covered.

Complaints regarding defects must be made within a reasonable time after discovery. Please email info@xohandcraft.com with a description and, if possible, a photo. Ideally, complaints are reported within 2 months.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Security around card information

During the payment phase, you will be informed of the items you have ordered and the total price. When you choose to proceed to checkout, you will be taken to a secure (encrypted) internet connection where you must enter the following:

  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Check digits

XO Handcraft is solely responsible for the sale and shipping of the item, and does not come into contact with or see your credit card information. It is handled exclusively on a secure server, with a secure connection (encryption) via a payment processor.

Prices
All prices on the website are in DKK incl. VAT and other taxes. The prices are current prices. The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price.

Delivery

Free delivery on purchases over 299,-

Delivery time 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

We only deliver to Danish addresses, but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Delivery is generally done with GLS or PostNord.

We always send orders in the order they are received - during peak periods, e.g. in connection with holidays, sales or similar, there may be a slightly longer delivery time.

When ordering multiple items, where one of them has a longer delivery time, we will send the items together when they are all ready for delivery. If there is a longer delivery time for any of them, you will of course be made aware of this.

You can choose between having the package sent “without distribution” or “with distribution”.

Price with delivery to home address 69,-

Unclaimed packages
Packages that are not picked up within the parcel shop's deadline will be automatically returned to XO Handcraft. In this regard, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of DKK 125 to cover administration costs, packaging and warehouse management.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on all items from the day of receipt.
You simply need to notify us at info@xohandcraft.com within 14 days of receipt that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Send the order back to us and enclose a copy of the delivery note no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you have regretted your purchase.

You cannot exercise the right by refusing to receive the goods or avoiding picking up the order from the parcel shop.

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item for another, simply return the item within 14 days of receipt. You can place a new order on the webshop immediately.

We will refund the purchase amount for the returned item as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. A return usually takes 7-10 business days.

Returns in connection with the right of withdrawal or exchange

When you return the item, you are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the item.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you may only do the same with the item as you would in a physical store – i.e. you may test the item, but not actually use it.

Returns must be made in original packaging.

The cost of the return is your responsibility.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. We also do not accept packages sent to parcel shops or similar.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.

If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

In the event of cancellation of purchase or exchange, delivery costs will not be refunded.

In the event of a reported complaint, we will refund the payment received from you, including your (reasonable) delivery costs. Returns must be agreed in advance. COD shipments are not accepted.

We will initiate a refund no later than 14 days after we have received the item and examined it.

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the goods.

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred to your account.

The information
can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not
sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of
the refund. Our emails are only processed by employees of the company who are
under confidentiality.

Complaint
There is of course a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to info@xohandcraft.com within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible and take a picture of the defect. Two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. We also do not accept packages sent to parcel shops or similar.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

Personal information registered with XOHandcraft.com is stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When you sign up for the newsletter, we will register your email address and possibly your name. Information will not be passed on to others. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.


When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always occurs with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Employees of XO Handcraft have access to the information recorded about you. The data controller for XOHandcraft.com is XO Handcraft.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

You always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to XO Handcraft via e-mail info@xohandcraft.com

If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
